Lancaster: We seek a skilled Nurse Practitioner to offer PALLIATIVE CARE and HOSPICE services on behalf of a respected critical access hospital in picturesque northern New Hampshire, near the White Mountain National Forest. Become part of a clinical team offering surgical, ER and ICU services along with a variety of outpatient care. You will join an active hospice/palliative care program based in Littleton, NH. Your actual clinical hours will vary from week to week based on referrals and a variable case load.
