Portsmouth, New Hampshire: We seek a skilled Neurosurgeon to join an established practice within a 200+ bed regional medical center in this highly desirable coastal community. The incoming surgeon will take the place of a retiring senior doctor. This acute care hospital features two ERs (Level II Trauma Center), a dedicated psychiatric unit, and integrated inpatient hospitalist and intensivist teams. A teaching facility affiliated with Tufts University in Boston, this hospital hosts successful residency programs in family medicine and internal medicine, and their new psychiatry residency is now in its first year. Become part of a collegial and energetic surgical team equipped with state-of-the-art surgical suites and supported by an experienced clinical / OR staff. Call is shared on a 1:3 basis. This is an excellent opportunity to enjoy a broad scope practice and have a measurable impact in this community.
