Portland: A respected physician-owned, physician-led multi-specialty group seeks a Dermatologist with Mohs skills to join their busy and growing Dermatology Division, based in South Portland. This group has been recognized for years as one of the “Best Places to Work in Maine.”

 

The Role
Join a collaborative team of six dermatologists, a Mohs surgeon, and two dermatology NPs. The current need is for more Mohs expertise, balanced with some general dermatology. You’ll step into a modern, well-equipped practice offering comprehensive dermatologic care for adults and children. Dermatologists here average 25–32 patients per day, with fewer when conducting procedures. Mohs specialists will find strong support for building a robust practice while still enjoying a varied scope of general dermatology.

 

The Practice

This employer has more than 100 providers serving over 90,000 patients across southern Maine. Dermatologists work closely with primary care and other specialties to provide coordinated, inclusive care. You’ll enjoy a convenient 4-day/week schedule (40 hours) in a facility with EMR, lasers, and state-of-the-art diagnostic and treatment tools. The dermatology suite is housed in a medical arts building adjacent to the Maine Mall, with ample parking, restaurants, and other amenities.
